The Kent County Board of Commissioners is seeking citizens who are interested in serving the community through appointment to the Agricultural Preservation Board to fill an unexpired Agricultural Interest Representative position ending Dec. 31, 2018.
Applicants who apply must have an interest in agriculture.
The Agricultural Preservation Board typically meets the first Wednesday of the month at 11:30 a.m. at the Kent/MSU Extension office, 775 Ball Avenue in Grand Rapids.
Applicants must complete an online application form via the County’s website at www.accesskent.com/boardappointments. Resumes and cover letters are encouraged and may be attached. The deadline to apply is Friday, June 2.
