Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services will host its Mayfest 2019 fundraiser at Vander Mill Ciders, 505 Ball Ave. NE, Grand Rapids (just off the corner of Michigan Street and Ball Avenue) on Thursday, May 16, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The cost is $40 per person and includes admission, two drinks and appetizers.
The evening will feature a variety of locally sourced and milled ciders, beers, and wines. Paired with the delicious drinks and appetizers will be a live auction including two Bissell premier pet hair vacuums, an American Girl Doll, original art from Cascade Art Gallery, an evening away at the downtown J.W. Marriott Hotel paired with two tickets to the Grand Rapids Symphony, and many more items.
New this year is an online auction May 10-15.
