For the month of June, Uccello’s and Herb & Fire Pizzeria locations will be collecting donations for the Heart of West Michigan United Way’s Community Grant Fund for Kent County.
The Community Grant Fund is aimed at reducing property in Kent County. The fund has supported 48 programs at 40 nonprofits that provide access to nutritious food, secure housing, quality eduction, mental health services, job training, employment, and more. Through this effort, the fund has helped more than 67,000 people in Kent County.
Uccello’s and Herb & Fire locations will be accepting donations through dine-in, takeout and online ordering. Patrons will be able to add a $1, $5, or $10 to their order.
There is a Uccello’s located near RiverTown Mall at 3940 Rivertown Parkway SW, Grandville, and another is located near Kentwood, across from Woodland Mall at 2630 E. Beltline SE. A Herb and Fire Pizzera is located at 3180 44th St. SW, Grandville.
