Tai Chi classes at Kentwood Activities Center begin April 9th

The slow, controlled movements of Tai Chi offer a great physical and mental workout. Tai Chi is known for improving and maintaining flexibility, range of motion and balance while building muscles in the back and lower legs. We offer one of the few in the area!
