Join our friend and Indigenous Chef, Camren Stott, for an Indigenous Foodways – Solstice Feast.

Chef Camren will prepare a meal of Maple-Glazed Spit-Roasted Rabbit, Bannock Bread, and Wild Rice Vegan Risotto. The rabbit will be prepared over fire in our Wigwam and then hand-carved in our kitchen. We will all feast together in the auditorium, where Camren will share traditional stories, and cultural significance of this time of year.

We look forward to welcoming the Solstice and sharing this one of a kind experience with you!
