In this poetry workshop, we will sink into sounds and flow with them to help us go deeper into ourselves to access our own wisdom writing. We will be able to walk in nature to listen for wisdom there, too, weather permitting. We will be inspired by poets such as Mary Oliver, Wendell Berry, and William Stafford to encourage our writing. Nessa will share some creativity/mindfulness supports to help you start or deepen your own writing practice. No writing experience necessary!
