Members First has promoted Noelle Robinson to its Leadership Team as the Vice President of Culture and Employee Development.

She has already been an integral part of our growth, sharing her smart business skills, vibrant energy, and passion for our core values with us for 19 years. I am excited and proud to welcome Noelle to the Senior Leadership team and entrust her with the development of our people and culture.”

Noelle previously served as the Director of Branch Operations where she led and developed the strategy of our branch operations and helped ensure we were always addressing the members’ needs.

“In many ways, I have grown up in the Members First community,” said Noelle. “I am honored to be continuing my work within this organization and committed to being the strategic leader and driving force of our culture and employee development. Our employee community is a vibrant group of diverse, engaged, and proudly committed individuals. It is my honor to continue shaping a culture that brings them joy in their work.”

A lifelong resident of Midland, Michigan, Noelle is passionate about supporting causes that help the community continue to be a great place to work, live, and visit. She also enjoys spending time with her two daughters (ages 9 and 12) and camping.

Noelle holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Northwood University. Previous leadership roles at Members First includes Sales and Service Manager and Culture and Employee Development Director.
