The KDL Kentwood (Richard L. Root) Branch will host a Straw Building Bonanza Saturday, Jan. 21, at its location, 4950 Breton Rd. SE.
The event, which will start at 2 p.m., is an unstructured building time where kids can build 2D and 3 D geometric creations, vehicles, forts, or whatever. All the materials are provided, kids just need to bring their imaginations.
The KDL Gaines Township Branch will host the same event a week earlier, Saturday, Jan. 14, at 10:30 a.m. at its location, 421 68th St. SE.
