Kent County announced over the weekend that, effective immediately, the Kent County Probate Court is prohibiting in-person attendance at its hearings, due to the rise of COVID-19 cases in Kent County.

All previously-scheduled and prospective hearings will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Litigants will continue to receive Notices of Hearing with instructions for connecting to the Court’s virtual courtroom.

Further information about the Court’s virtual courtroom may be accessed at accesskent.com/Courts/Probate/virtualcourtroom, and any questions may be directed to: probatecourt@kentcountymi.gov, or 616-632-5440.
