Grand Rapids-based automotive and power sports dealer group Fox Motors announced it has entered the Metro Detroit market with the acquisition of Erhard BMW of Farmington Hills and Jaguar Land Rover Farmington Hills.  These dealerships mark the first locations for the Fox Motors in the Metro Detroit market.

These acquisitions bring the Fox Motors portfolio to 47 automotive and power sports brands in 34 locations in Michigan and Illinois. Jaguar Land Rover Farmington Hills, which will be moved to a new location in Novi in 2022, is the first Jaguar Land Rover dealership for the group, and Erhard BMW, which will be renamed to BMW of Farmington Hills, is the second BMW dealership for Fox Motors.

“My family and I have always loved the Jaguar and Land Rover lineup and welcomed the opportunity to bring the iconic luxury brands to Fox Motors,” said Fox Motors Chairman and CEO Daniel G. DeVos. “We are continually looking for growth opportunities, so to expand our BMW footprint and enter the Metro Detroit community, after adding Ann Arbor in 2017, it is a natural move that we are excited about.”

BMW of Farmington Hills and Jaguar Land Rover Farmington Hills operations will be overseen by Division Director, Jason Olesnavage, and General Manager, Alan Graham.
