The Kent District Library will be getting area residents into the holiday season with its popular Gingerbread Lane activity in December.
Area residents will have the opportunity to listen to seasonal music while children build their own simple gingerbread houses.
The KDL Kentwood branch will have this activity on Tuesday, Dec. 11, at 4:30 p.m. at its location, 4650 Breton SE, right next to the Kentwood City Hall.

KDL Byron Township branch, 8191 Byron Center Ave. SW, Thursday, Dec. 27, at 4 p.m.
