Become a Court-Appointed Special Advocate for Children

By Kent District Library

Children in foster care need caring adults who understand their needs to speak out for their best interests. With a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteer, children are more likely to adjust to change and find or return to a safe, permanent home.

Attend one of our two CASA Info Sessions (listed below) to learn about the role of a CASA Volunteer, the application and training process, what your time commitment might be when advocating for a child, and more.
