An 8-year-old girl is hospitalized following a drowning incident in the 5700 block of Bethanne Drive SW.
At approximately 8:50 p.m. on July 23, officers from the Wyoming Police Department responded to a report of a young girl found unresponsive in a residential pool.
Upon arrival, first responders took over lifesaving efforts from bystanders. The victim, an 8-year-old girl, was then taken to a nearby hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
Wyoming Police detectives are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident.
