The Kentwood Police Department is currently investigating an injury crash involving a recent vehicle into a building.
Around 3:42 a.m. on June 29 officers responded to 4809 Eastern Ave. for reports of a vehicle crashed into a building following a physical altercation.
Officers arrived on scene and located multiple victims with varying degrees of injury. Alcohol was believed to be a factor in the crash, and a driver is in custody at this time. Victims were treated at the scene and transported to area hospitals for further treatment.
At this time several patients are reported with serious injuries, but not believed to be life threatening.
