Tickets for ‘Blink-182’ now on sale

Blink-182Blink 182, the punk pop favorites of a generation, are back with their highly anticipated seventh studio album, California, set for release July 1, 2016, on BMG.

 

The band recently premiered their brand new single, “Bored To Death,” on the world-famous KROQ radio station in Los Angeles, where they also revealed details behind their massive North American summer tour. The tour, promoted by Live Nation, will kick off on Friday, July 22 in San Diego at the Viejas Arena and take the band to nearly 50 cities throughout the U.S. and Canada, including a stop in Grand Rapids at Van Andel Arena on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 7 pmA Day to Remember and All Time Low will join them in Grand Rapids.

 

“Bored To Death” is the first new music since the release of the band’s Dogs Eating Dogs EP in 2012.  It’s also the first time fans will hear music that was written with Matt Skiba.

Since their humble beginnings 24 years ago, when they started playing in a San Diego garage, ‘blink-182’ has sold over 50 million albums worldwide and rocked audiences from Adelaide to Zurich having become one of the defining rock bands of their generation. They combine high-energy dynamics with an artistic ambition that transcends any genre. Now with Matt Skiba (of Alkaline Trio) joining ‘blink-182’ as singer/guitarist, the group starts a new chapter.
