Take a stroll down Gingerbread Lane three local KDL branches host a special story time and gingerbread house making event.
KDL branch in Wyoming, Kentwood, and Gaines Township will be hosting a gingerbread story time with each child being able to make a gingerbread house. Pre-registration is required as participation spots are limited.
The Gaines Township KDL branch event is at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at its location, 421 68th St. SE, and the Kentwood (Richard L. Root) branch event is at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at its location 4950 Breton Rd. SE. The KDL Wyoming branch will its Gingerbread Lane program Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 10:30 a.m. at its location, 3350 Michael Ave. SW.
If you are unable to make those Gingerbread Lane events, the Grandville KDL brach will have one Wednesday, Dec. 14, at 6:30 p.m. at 4055 Maple St. SW, and the Byron Township KDL branch will its event Saturday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. at 8191 Byron Center Ave. SW.
