A combination of strength and cardio, you will have segments of using free weights, tubing, balls and more — plus enjoy abdominal work to stabilize and strengthen the core. Please bring water and a mat. Don’t have a mat? We have a few extra you can use. Multi-level so this class is great for all abilities.
