Literacy Center of West Michigan hosts prospective volunteer sessions

The Literacy Center of West Michigan has a number of sessions for prospective volunteer tutors in April.

 

The sessions are at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 4; 2 p.m. Thursday, April 13; 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 19; 10 a.m. Monday April 24. All sessions take place t the Literacy Center of West Michigan located at 1120 Monroe Ave. NW, Suite 240.

 

All sessions last one hour. The sessions are designed to allow persons in interested in becoming volunteer tutors the opportunity to find out more about the Literary Center and it’s programs. At the end of the session, there will be a chance to sign up for tutor training.

 

The Literary Center of West Michigan is a nonprofit; United Way agency devoted to reducing illiteracy in the community.
