Learn how to make kombucha Jan. 27 at Blandford Nature Center

By Blandford Nature Center

Kombucha — a fermented beverage dating back almost 3,000 years — has been used in many cultures as a beneficial drink for digestion, inflammation, immune function, and countless other uses including skin toner. Blandford welcomes Geoff Lamden of Sacred Springs Kombucha, who has brewed kombucha for over a decade and will teach you how to do it too. He’ll talk about proper handling, clear up myths, and talk about possible health benefits.
