The KDL Kentwood (Richard L. Root) branch will be hosting the “Science Rocks!” program Saturday, Feb. 25.
Explore earth science with hands-on activities. Become a detective and learn the skills geologists use to identify rocks. Take a journey through the rock cycle as if you were a rock yourself. Experiment with how meteorites create craters and use the magnetic force of the Earth to see who can make the longest magnetic chain.
The program is at 2 p.m. at the branch, 4950 Breton Rd. SE.
