Yoga Under the Whale will be in the style of Mindful Vinyasa, which incorporates mindfulness into a smooth, deliberate and accessible yoga flow. All levels are welcome to attend and no experience is necessary. Attendees are encourages to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a friend.
The first class will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 20 from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Classes are free to attend with a suggested donation of $8. Additional classes will be held on Tuesday, Oct.18 and Tuesday, Nov. 15.
