If you’re a Wyoming resident, be sure to take advantage of the yard waste programs offered to you by the Public Works Department. The Public Works Yard Waste Site, 2660 Burlingame Ave SW, is open year-round for drop-off and there will be a curbside pick-up day on Dec. 3.
Curbside Pickup – Saturday, Dec. 3 – (No Spring Pickup)
- Leaves must be in PAPER BAGS.
- Place at the curb by 6 am.
- Brush must be tied in bundles no longer than 4 feet.
Drop-off Site
- Wyoming Public Service Center is located at 2660 Burlingame Ave SW.
- March 28-Dec. 10, 2016 (Closed on legal holidays).
Monday–Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. - December through March (Winter Hours):
Monday–Thursday from 7:30 am to 4 pm. - No commercial dumping permitted.
- No bags permitted.
- Residents must register with I.D. each time they use the site.
LEAF CONTAINERS (Leaves Only)
- Oct. 3-Nov. 29, 2016.
- New containers – one size: 11′ x 6′ x 3′ (7.5 cy).
- $10.00 for weekday and $20.00 for weekend.
- Containers are delivered and picked up by City personnel.
- Reservations require at least a one day notice and are first come first served based on availability.
