Walking is one of the best exercises for controlling weight and improving health.
The Wyoming Senior Center (WSC) invites folks to join ‘Walk Club’, a low-impact walking program, beginning April 19 through September 27. The walks take place every Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. If riding the bus, you should be at the WSC and ready to board by 8:40 a.m.
Schedules will be available in the WSC lobby in April.
Registration is required for the season.
