The nominations for the 5th Annual Eclipse Awards will be made at 6 p.m. Monday, April 4, on WKTV’s channel 24.

Judges and industry peers from New York, Los Angeles, and overseas view works and in two rounds of voting, along with past Eclipse winners, announce the nominees for Best Feature, Best Short, Best Documentary. In addition the crafts are honored with Best Director, Best Actor, Best Cinematography Editing and Sound. Created by WKTV Community Television and Media as a means of empowering the West Michigan “voice” of content creators, the Eclipse Awards has become the big event of the creative community.
The 5th Annual Eclipse Awards is set for 7 pm. Thursday, April 28, at the City Flats Hotel ballroom, 83 Monroe Center NW, Grand Rapids. This year’s event will be hosted by local comedian Ben Wilke. Tickets are $10 for everyone but the nominees. For more information, click here.
