Downtown Market is hosting its inaugural Salsa Celebración on July 29 with a salsa-making competition. There’s a $20 entry fee for the Amateur Competition — for individuals and up to 4-person teams from the community — and $25 entry fee for the Professional Competition — for restaurants, catering companies, food service providers and chefs only.
