Citizen Forester: Tree Pruning and Maintenance Class set for Feb. 15 at Harmony Hall

Join us for our Tree Pruning and Maintenance class. Participants will learn the basics of continuing the maintenance of their trees including: basic tree biology, pruning techniques, various tools, mulching, timing of maintenance, and other resources.

 

We have a guest speaker this class, Geoffrey Kempter, who literally wrote the book on pruning and maintenance!

 

This class satisfies the tree maintenance and pruning requirements for the FGRP Citizen Forester program.

 

This class will take place on in conjunction with the Tree Beer Month release party at Harmony Hall in the first floor bar area.
