No, you don’t have to dress up in a Santa suit to share the holiday spirit!
To participate in the “Be A Santa To A Senior” service program now through Dec. 14 at the Kentwood Activities Center (355-48th St SE), select a tag from the Senior Santa Tree and purchase the item listed for the elder. Return the tag and wrapped gift together to the Kentwood Activities Center.
That’s all it takes to brighten the lives of lonely or isolated seniors in our community! In the last five years, 60,000 volunteers delivered more than 1.2 million gifts to 700,000 seniors around the country. This nationwide program was created by Home Instead Senior Care.
